- Orders ship from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
- Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped if and only Two-Day Shipping is selected.
- APO/FPO will arrive within 10-22 business days via USPs. Please note the standard service must be selected for APO/FPO's.
- The free shipping threshold is based on the transaction price before tax is added (if applicable).
- Please note that delivery times are approximate and they do not include processing time, It typically takes two 1-2 days to process and fulfill orders.

International Customers
- Orders are billed in US dollars.
- Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied by the shipper or other party at the time of delivery.
- International order shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times.

Returns
- Items purchased from ModernKiwi.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return item(s) may not be worn or washed. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
- A completed Return Form MUST be included with any return shipment.
Refunds
- You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes.
- The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Exchanges
- You will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will refund your original form of payment for the value of the returned merchandise and charge you for the new order. Please note this process is not always sequential.
